Whoops!   Is that an inappropriate question?  And who is this sheepdog anyway?

Truthfully, we think this is sort of an inappropriate question.   Especially when directed at a dignified person, such as a Registrar of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.   Who may or may not be Dr.  Heidi Oetter.
